Australia Student Visa Subclass 500 allows international students to pursue their studies in Australia. This multiple-entry visa enables you to travel to and from Australia freely. The duration of your stay depends on the length of your chosen course, with a maximum validity of up to 5 years. Additional time may be granted upon course completion, depending on its duration. As an international student in Australia, you are required to have Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the entire duration of your study in Australia. To be granted a student visa to cover the additional time students must have OSHC in place for the same period. You should consider this when deciding how much OSHC to purchase, as your visa end date cannot be changed once granted. For this visa application, official government documents such as the Family Certificate, National ID, Marriage Certificate, or Divorce Certificate must be translated into English by a sworn translator. - 1. Sufficient funds to cover the stay in Australia.
- 2. An official Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from an Australian school, university, or institution is required.
- 3. Application must be submitted from outside Australia, and the applicant must remain outside the country until the visa decision is made.
- 4. All submitted documents must be in English.
- 5. No record of Australian visa rejection in the past six months.
- 6. Passport must be valid for at least six months.
- 7. Passport must contain at least two blank visa pages.
- 8. Passport must not have been issued more than ten years ago.
- 9. No history of overstaying in any country.
- 10. Clear criminal record.
- 11. No record of illegal employment on a previous visa.
- 12. No history of deportation from any country.

Passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned departure date.
Certificate of employment (Optional) *
Certificate of Current Employment : - Printed with letterhead - Wet-stamped - Wet-signed by the person in charge - Include details of address of company, job title, join date, contact person of responsible person - A statement in the employment proof should indicating the period during which the company grants the applicant permission to travel (e.g., from February 1st, 2025, to February 7th, 2025). - A statement should confirming that the applicant will return to Indonesia after the specified period. Curriculum Vitae (CV) *
History of working experiences and education background with your current position in the company/institution.
Copy of Your Research (Thesis/ Project) (Optional) *
If you are undertaking research in Australia, attach a copy of your research (thesis/project) topic.
Marriage Certificate *
Official proof of your marital status. You can obtain it from your local civil registry office.
Motivation Letter *
This document must include your plans for the period of your stay, including your expectations and the benefits it will provide for your professional and personal development. Additionally, you should outline your future plans after the residence period has ended.
Latest education certificate *
Certificate of latest education (junior/senior high school, bachelor's degree, master's degree, or PhD)
Historical visas and immigration stamps (Optional) *
History of visas and immigration stamps from any country, including those in your expired previous passport, to support your visa application and increase the approval rate.
Previous passport (Optional) *
Provide a clear copy of your previous passport showing the bio-data page and any visa or entry stamps, if available.
Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) *
- A confirmation for all intended courses if applying outside Australia. - A letter of offer for all intended courses if applying in Australia (CoE must be provided before the visa can be granted) You do not need to provide a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) if you are: - Enrolled in a full-time course of study or training under a scholarship scheme approved by the Australian Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade: provide a letter of support - Sponsored by the Australian Department of Defence: provide a letter of support - Secondary exchange student: provide an Acceptance Advice of Secondary Exchange Student (AASES) form - Postgraduate research student who needs to stay in Australia while your thesis is marked: provide a letter from your education provider

Proof of English Test Score *
You must provide evidence of minimum test scores in English, with the test completed within the past two years.
National ID (KTP) *
Official government-issued identity card that serves as proof of identity and residence.
Proof of funds (Australia) *
Provide bank statements showing a minimum balance of AUD 29,710 per year. This amount covers living expenses only and does not include travel costs or tuition fees for one year. If you still need to pay tuition fees in your first year, add those fees to the required bank balance.
Family certificate *
Certificate that shows that you & your dependent are family from your country
Birth certificate *
Birth certificate showing full name, date, and place of birth.
Sponsorship Letter from Family or Spouse *
Sponsorship letter from family or spouse stated that they are willing to support you during your studies.
Sponsor Student Payroll Slip *
Payroll slip from a person who sponsor your study. To provide evidence that they have a certain minimum annual income.
Bank statements of 3 months *
Bank statement for the last 3 months. It's advisable to have a stable bank statement with no sudden fluctuations in funds or balance to avoid raising suspicion at the embassy.
Sponsor Letter *
Sponsor Letter if funded by another party (English)
Official academic transcript and certificate *
Provide a certified copy of your academic transcripts and educational certificate (Degree, Diploma etc.) or letter/statement from your Overseas Education Institution.
