Description
United Kingdom Student Visa is a document that permits international students to study and live in the UK. The duration of the visa depends on the level of study and the applicant's age. This visa permits stays ranging from over 6 months to up to 5 years, making it ideal for students across different educational levels, including elementary, undergraduate, and postgraduate studies. The visa is valid for 3 months. While this visa serves only as an entry permit, students must apply for a Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) after arriving in the UK to obtain the right to stay. - 1. No record of UK visa rejection in the past six months.
- 2. Passport must be valid for at least three months beyond the planned departure date from the UK.
- 3. Passport must contain at least two blank visa pages.
- 4. Passport must not have been issued more than ten years ago.
- 5. No history of overstaying in any EU country.
- 6. Clear criminal record.
- 7. No engagement in visa shopping practices.
- 8. Sufficient funds to support the stay in the UK.
- 9. No record of illegal employment on a previous visa.
- 10. No history of deportation from any country.
- 11. Consistency in the stated purpose of travel.
- 12. An official Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from a UK school, university, or institution is required.

WLKP of the sponsoring company (Optional) *
