Description
F1 Student Visa is for international students enrolled in full-time education at accredited universities, colleges, or academic institutions. Prospective students planning to study abroad in the USA should apply for a student visa at least 6 months before their departure. The validity period of a U.S. visa is 5 years. However, in certain cases, it can range from 6 months, 12 months, 2 years, to 5 years. The duration of validity depends on the decision of the consular officer granting it. The first step to studying in the United States is apply to a SEVP-approved school in the United States. If the SEVP-approved school accepts your enrollment, you will be registered for the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) and must pay the SEVIS fee. The SEVP-approved school will issue you a Form I-20. After you receive the Form I-20 and register in SEVIS, you may apply at a U.S. Embassy or Consulate for a student visa. You must present the Form I-20 to the consular officer when you attend your visa interview. Notes: - The listed price covers government fees and administrative charges but does not include the SEVIS fee ($350) and reciprocity fee ($195). - Interview schedules depend on availability provided by the United States Embassy. For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at Everest Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout.

- 1. Applicant must already be accepted and have a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from a U.S. school/university/institution and possess Form I-20.
- 2. Must not have been rejected for a USA visa in the past six months.
- 3. Passport should be valid for at least three months beyond the planned departure date from the USA.
- 4. Ensure the passport contains at least two blank visa pages.
- 6. Evidence of employment and/or family ties may be sufficient to show the purpose of the trip and intent to return to the home country. If unable to cover all costs for the trip, evidence that another person will cover some or all costs must be provided.
- 8. No criminal record.
- 9. Sufficient funds must be available to support the stay.

Provide a clear copy of your previous passport showing the bio-data page and any visa or entry stamps, if available.

National ID (KTP) *
Official government-issued identity card that serves as proof of identity and residence.
Form I-20 for F1 *
Provide with Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant (F-1) Student. Signed by students and school official. You will received this document through Student and Exchange Visitor System (SEVIS) database. For applicants with spouse, please compile and upload each of personal form I-20.
Family certificate *
Certificate that shows that you & your dependent are family from your country
Certificate of employment *

Your bank statement for the last 6 months with a wet stamp from the bank. It's advisable to have a stable bank statement with no sudden fluctuations in funds or balance to increase your approval rate.
Business License Number (NIB) *
Business license (NIB) issued by OSS System
Latest academic transcript *
Attach your latest academic transcript
Sponsorship letter from family *
Sponsorship letter from direct family belongs in the same family card. You can download the template here
Bank reference *
Bank reference letter issued by the bank with a wet stamp and the bank’s contact number. The letter must state the current balance in your account.
Deed of incorporation *
The company’s Deed of Incorporation, with the applicant’s name stated in the document.
Proof of scholarship support (Optional) *
For scholarship awardee attached certificate/ document stating the amount and duration of the scholarship.
Birth certificate *
Birth certificate showing full name, date, and place of birth.
Letter of Attorney for USA Visa *
Letter of Attorney to pick-up passport from USA Embassy, which is signed on top of a stamp duty. Download template here. We will require you to submit the hardcopy.
Standardized test score *
Attach your standardized test score proof (SAT, TOEFL, etc.)
Photocopy of ID Card / Green Card / US Citizen if there are relatives in the USA (Optional) *
