An official document issued by the Legal Affairs Bureau (Homukyoku) in Japan, which records the legal and administrative information of a company or organization. The Tokibo Tohon includes details such as the company name, registered address, legal entity type, names of directors, date of establishment, capital, and the scope of business activities. This document serves as legal proof of the company's existence and status in Japan. Note: The Tokibo Tohon must be issued within the last 3 months for visa applications or other official purposes.

Bank statement for the last 3 months. It's advisable to have a stable bank statement with no sudden fluctuations in funds or balance to avoid raising suspicion at the embassy.

Certificate of Current Employment : - Printed with letterhead - Wet-stamped - Wet-signed by the person in charge - Include details of address of company, job title, join date, contact person of responsible person - A statement in the employment proof should indicating the period during which the company grants the applicant permission to travel (e.g., from February 1st, 2025, to February 7th, 2025). - A statement should confirming that the applicant will return to Indonesia after the specified period. Birth certificate showing full name, date, and place of birth.

Official government-issued identity card that serves as proof of identity and residence.

Business license (NIB) issued by OSS System

The company’s Deed of Incorporation, with the applicant’s name stated in the document.
