Description
Umrah visa is an official permit issued by the Saudi Arabian government for Muslims to enter the country and perform the Umrah pilgrimage, often called the "minor pilgrimage." This visa is valid for a single entry with a maximum stay of 30 days, following the departure and return dates submitted during the visa application process. Umrah is available throughout the year except during the Hajj season, which is from the 15th of Dhul Qa'dah to the 15th of Dhul Hijjah. Notes : - You'll need to attend online verification with our team - If there is any use of services beyond those stated in the visa application, any additional fees charged to the muasasah will be the responsibility of the applicant and must be settled at a later date.

- 1. Must be a Muslim.
- 2. A passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of departure.
- 3. Umrah can be performed year-round except during the Hajj season (from the 15th of Dhul Qa’dah to the 15th of Dhul Hijjah).
- 5. The applicant’s name must consist of at least two words.
- 6. For female applicants whose passport photo was taken without a hijab, an additional photo wearing a hijab must be provided

Hotel booking proof must be registered and obtained from the Nusuk platform, and require an agreement letter with the hotel.
Family certificate (Optional) *
Certificate that shows that you & your dependent are family from your country
Certificate of employment *
- Certificate of Employment (in English, must include the company name, company address, company phone, detail information of person in charge for the employment certificate), and - You can see the template here Please note that: - A statement in the employment proof should indicating the period during which the company grants the applicant permission to travel (e.g., from February 1st, 2025, to February 7th, 2025). - A statement should confirming that the applicant will return to Indonesia after the specified period.
