This visa (D-2-6) allows individuals to participate in a study exchange program in South Korea with a validity of up to 3 months and stay period up to 1 year. After completion, you can collect your visa and passport at the Everest Operations Office, or opt for delivery add-on during checkout.

Am I eligible for this visa?
- 1. Valid passport with at least six months of validity beyond the intended departure date from South Korea, containing at least one or two blank pages.
- 2. Proof of sufficient funds to cover the stay in South Korea, such as recent bank statements.
- 2. No record of Korean visa rejection in the past six months.
- 3. Evidence of financial capability to cover travel expenses.
- 4. No history of immigration violations in Korea or other countries.
- 5. Passport must contain at least two blank visa pages.
- 6. No history of overstaying in any country.
- 7. Clear criminal record.
- 8. Sufficient funds to support the stay.
- 9. No record of illegal employment on a previous visa.
- 10. No history of deportation from any country.
- 11. Consistency in the stated purpose of travel.

Official government-issued identity card that serves as proof of identity and residence.

Certificate that shows that you & your dependent are family from your country
Birth certificate *
Birth certificate showing full name, date, and place of birth.

Certificate of witholding tax income (Optional) *
Provide us your Certificate of Witholding Tax Income (Surat Pemberitahuan Tahunan Pajak). Make sure the tax return is signed in the signature column.
Bank statement for the last 3 months (wet stamped) *
Bank statement for the last 3 months with a wet stamp from the bank. It's advisable to have a stable bank statement with no sudden fluctuations in funds or balance to increase your approval rate. Include: - Applicant's name and address - Bank account number
Employment Proof for Korea Visa *
Certificate of Current Employment : - Printed with company letterhead - Wet-stamped - Wet-signed by the person in charge - Include details of address of company, job title, join date, contact person of responsible person - A statement in the employment proof should indicating the period during which the company grants the applicant permission to travel (e.g., from February 1st, 2025, to February 7th, 2025). - A statement should confirming that the applicant will return to Indonesia after the specified period. Certificate of Health (TB) *
Certificate of Health (TB) issued by a hospital appointed by the Korean Embassy. You can find the list of appointed hospitals list here with template provided by the Korean Embassy Certificate of Health (TB) here Children under 6 years old & pregnant women can replace the Certificate of Health (TB) with : - A physical examination certificate from a referral hospital (for children under 6 years old) - A pregnancy diagnosis certificate containing information of the doctor's name, practice permit number, doctor's signature and hospital stamp (for pregnant women)
