Description
Japan Student Visa is a medium to long-term visa granted to foreign nationals, including Indonesian citizens, who have been accepted for education in Japan and already have a Certificate of Eligibility (CoE). This visa allows the holder to stay in Japan during their studies at official educational institutions, such as universities, vocational schools (*senmon gakko*), Japanese language schools, or student exchange programs. The visa is valid for the duration of their studies and can be extended at the Japanese Immigration Office. Notes: - Hotel booking and flight booking is required if you're planning to visit Fukushima/Miyagi/ Iwate/prefecture. For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at Everest Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout.

Letter of acceptance from the educational institution that explains the applicant is eligible to attend the program completed with information of program period.
Birth certificate *
Birth certificate showing full name, date, and place of birth.
Hotel booking (Optional) *
Provide booking voucher of your hotel accommodation or you can purchase a hotel booking voucher here.
Previous passport (Optional) *
Provide a clear copy of your previous passport showing the bio-data page and any visa or entry stamps, if available.
Certificate of Eligibility *
Certificate of Eligibility issued by your registered institution, valid for 3 months from the date of issue
Parents' ID *

Family certificate *
Certificate that shows that you & your dependent are family from your country

National ID (KTP) *
Official government-issued identity card that serves as proof of identity and residence.
Letter of Attorney for Japan Visa *
Letter of Attorney to pick-up passport from Japan Visa Application Center. Please fill in the form with this template here. If the applicant's age is below 18 years old, parents may sign on behalf of the applicant with template here Please leave the information of SPUN agent that will represent to process the application. We will require you to send us the original document.
Financial Proof for Study in Japan *
- Upload your bank Statement for the last 3 months (PDF or scanned version). It's advisable to have a stable bank statement with no sudden fluctuations in funds or balance to increase the approval rate. - An ideal balance of ¥1–2 million (approximately IDR 110–220 million) prepared for the first year. - A Sponsorship Letter if the expenses are covered by parents.
