Description
A work visa in the UAE (United Arab Emirates) is an authorization granted to foreign individuals to legally work in the UAE. The validity and duration of this visa depend on your employment contract, ranging from 3 months to 3 years, and it is renewable. It should be sponsored by an employer, allowing employees to work exclusively for the sponsoring employer. Notes: - Physical document is required depending on what stated on your invitation letter or working contract.

- 1. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- 2. The applicant must have a valid work contract from the UAE.
- 3. The sponsoring employer must have a valid trade license.
- 4. The job role must match the company’s registered activities.
- 5. The applicant is only permitted to work for the sponsoring employer.
- 6. The passport must be valid for at least six months.
- 7. The passport must contain at least two blank visa pages.
- 8. The applicant must not have had a UAE visa rejected in the past six months.
- 9. The applicant must have no history of overstaying in any country.
- 10. No criminal record
- 11. The applicant must demonstrate sufficient funds to support their stay.
- 12. The applicant must have no record of illegal employment on a previous visa.
- 13. The applicant must have no history of deportation from any country.

Coloured copy of your passport *
- Valid for minimum period of 6 months at the time of travel - Single name passports are not accepted
Colored photo - 5 cm x 5 cm *
- New photos, no older than six months; never been used in any previous visas - Plain white photo background - No white shirt - Photo size 2x2 inches (5x5 cm) or 600x600 to 1200x1200 pixels in digital version; - Faces take up 70% of the photo - Eye glasses are not allowed to be worn for US Visa photos - No edit allowed
National ID (KTP) *
Official government-issued identity card that serves as proof of identity and residence.
Family certificate *
Certificate that shows that you & your dependent are family from your country
Birth certificate *
Birth certificate showing full name, date, and place of birth.
Latest education certificate *
Certificate of latest education (junior/senior high school, bachelor's degree, master's degree, or PhD)
Entry Visa from UAE *
The entry visa from the Ministry of Labor in the UAE should be provided with assistance from your employer.
Medical GCC Test Result *
A health certificate confirms that an individual meets the medical standards required to live or work in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
