Description
Türkiye Work Visa is an authorization that allows foreign nationals to legally work in Türkiye. This visa is intended for individuals who have secured employment with a company or organization based in Türkiye. The visa has a validity period of up to 6 months and allows entry into Türkiye within 90 days from the date of issuance. Before the applicant can legally work in the country, the sponsoring employer must submit a work permit application on the applicant's behalf. Once the visa and work permit are approved, the applicant may travel to Türkiye and begin employment in accordance with the approved work authorization. Upon arrival in Türkiye, the visa holder must complete their address registration through the Address Registry System within 1 month. The applicant may also be required to obtain a residence permit and comply with other registration requirements imposed by the relevant Turkish authorities. This visa category includes the following work purposes: - Assigned Artists - Assigned Free Zone Workers - Assigned Journalists - Assigned Lecturers/Academics - Assigned Sportspersons - Employment Purpose / Special Employment Purpose Notes: - Physical documents may be required depending on the conditions stated in the employment contract or invitation letter.

- 2. Must have a valid employment contract from a company in Türkiye.
- 3. The sponsoring employer must hold a valid business license.
- 4. The job position must align with the sponsor company's registered business activities.
- 5. Must work exclusively for the sponsoring employer stated in the application.
- 6. Must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months.
- 7. Passport must have at least 2 blank visa pages.
- 8. Must not have had a Türkiye visa refusal within the last 6 months.
- 9. Must have no history of overstaying in any country.
- 10. Must have no criminal record.
- 11. Must demonstrate sufficient financial means to support their stay.
- 12. Must have no history of illegal employment on a previous visa.
- 13. Must have no history of deportation from any country.

Passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned departure date.
Colored photo - 5 cm x 5 cm *
- New photos, no older than six months; never been used in any previous visas - Plain white photo background - No white shirt - Photo size 2x2 inches (5x5 cm) or 600x600 to 1200x1200 pixels in digital version; - Faces take up 70% of the photo - Eye glasses are not allowed to be worn for US Visa photos - No edit allowed
National ID (KTP) *
Official government-issued identity card that serves as proof of identity and residence.
Family certificate *
Certificate that shows that you & your dependent are family from your country
Birth certificate *
Birth certificate showing full name, date, and place of birth.
Police clearance certificate (SKCK) *
