Description
Japan Work/Internship Visa is a residence permit granted to foreign nationals to work legally in Japan in the specified fields of employment. This visa can only be applied for if the applicant has a job offer and possesses a Certificate of Eligibility (CoE). The validity of the visa depends on the employment contract and can be extended. For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at Everest Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout. Notes: - Physical document is required depending on what stated on your invitation letter or working contract.

- 1. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- 2. The applicant must have a valid work contract from the Japan.
- 3. The sponsoring employer must have a valid trade license.
- 4. The job role must match the company’s registered activities.
- 5. The applicant is only permitted to work for the sponsoring employer.
- 6. The passport must be valid for at least six months.
- 8. The applicant must not have had a Japan visa rejected in the past six months.
- 9. The applicant must have no history of overstaying in any country.
- 10. No criminal record
- 11. The applicant must demonstrate sufficient funds to support their stay.
- 12. The applicant must have no record of illegal employment on a previous visa.
- 13. The applicant must have no history of deportation from any country.

National ID (KTP) *
Official government-issued identity card that serves as proof of identity and residence.
Certificate of Eligibility *
Certificate of Eligibility issued by your registered institution, valid for 3 months from the date of issue

Bank statement for the last 3 months (PDF e-statement or scanned version). It's advisable to have a stable bank statement with no sudden fluctuations in funds or balance to increase the approval rate.
