Copy of the Previous Greece Visa

Payroll slip for the last 3 months

Provide us your Certificate of Witholding Tax Income (Surat Pemberitahuan Tahunan Pajak). Make sure the tax return is signed in the signature column.

Company Bank Statement for the last 3 months

The company’s Deed of Incorporation, with the applicant’s name stated in the document.

A scan of the company's/person's sponsor ID.

Bank statement of the last 3 months from a person who sponsor your travel.
