Description
Schengen Sweden Business Visa is an entry permit to Sweden for business purposes. It is a temporary visit of up to 90 days in any 180-day period. For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at Everest Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout.

Invitation Letter (Business) *
An invitation letter from the local company/foundation/institution with detailed purpose of your trip. You can see the example/template here
School statement letter *
Statement letter stating the status of applicant as a student issued by the education institution. Must be in English. You can see the template here
Sponsor Bank Reference *
Bank reference letter issued by the bank with a wet stamp and the bank’s contact number. The letter must state the current balance in your account.
Birth certificate *
Birth certificate showing full name, date, and place of birth.
Family certificate *
Certificate that shows that you & your dependent are family from your country
National ID (KTP) *
Official government-issued identity card that serves as proof of identity and residence.
Colored photo 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm *

Travel insurance *
Upload your full travel insurance policy, including coverage details. The insurance must comply with visa requirements and cover your destination country for the entire duration of your stay. You can upload your own policy, or purchase travel insurance through SPUN via the add-ons section. Notes: - For Schengen Visa, must include COVID-19 coverage with a minimum total coverage of EUR 30,000, and use an accepted insurance provider by the European Union. See list here

Copy of the page which contain your signature in your passport. It could be in the last page or in the Endorsement page
Historical visas and immigration stamps (Optional) *
History of visas and immigration stamps from any country, including those in your expired previous passport, to support your visa application and increase the approval rate.
Certificate of employment *
Certificate of Current Employment : - Printed with letterhead - Wet-stamped - Wet-signed by the person in charge - Include details of address of company, job title, join date, contact person of responsible person - A statement in the employment proof should indicating the period during which the company grants the applicant permission to travel (e.g., from February 1st, 2025, to February 7th, 2025). - A statement should confirming that the applicant will return to Indonesia after the specified period. Marriage Certificate *
Official proof of your marital status. You can obtain it from your local civil registry office.
Divorce Certificate *
Certificate that shows proof of your relationship status from your country
