Provide us your Certificate of Witholding Tax Income (Surat Pemberitahuan Tahunan Pajak). Make sure the tax return is signed in the signature column.

Certificate of Current Employment : - Printed with company letterhead - Wet-stamped - Wet-signed by the person in charge - Include details of address of company, job title, join date, contact person of responsible person - A statement in the employment proof should indicating the period during which the company grants the applicant permission to travel (e.g., from February 1st, 2025, to February 7th, 2025). - A statement should confirming that the applicant will return to Indonesia after the specified period. If the performance is conducted under the performance law: - Invitation letter from the inviting institution in Korea, including the identity information of the invited person, the purpose of the invitation, the estimated duration of stay, the estimated place of residence, and others - Proof documents related to the establishment of the inviting institution in Korea (business registration, etc.) - Photocopy of the employment contract (only recognized if the visa applicant and the inviting institution make a direct contract) - Recommendation letter for the performance from the Korea Media Rating Board - Performance plan, which must include the performance period, location, detailed information about the performance, schedule, and others. 2. If involved in performances or entertainment activities at hotel business facilities, entertainment venues, etc. under the Tourism Promotion Law: - Invitation letter from the inviting institution in Korea, including the identity information of the invited person, the purpose of the invitation, the estimated duration of stay, the estimated place of residence, and others - Proof documents related to the establishment of the inviting institution in Korea (business registration, etc.) - Photocopy of the employment contract (only recognized if the visa applicant and the inviting institution make a direct contract) - Recommendation letter for the performance from the Korea Media Rating Board - An entertainment activity plan, which must include the activity period, location, detailed information about the activity, schedule, and others. - Qualification certificate or work experience certificate of the visa applicant, required to be issued within the last 3 months and obtain an apostille or endorsement from the diplomatic mission office of the government of the Republic of Korea in the country of issuance - A guarantee letter, filled out using a special form here 3. If attending sports competitions, games, singing contests, etc. that receive wages, allowances, or others. - Invitation letter from the inviting institution in Korea, including the identity information of the invited person, the purpose of the invitation, the estimated duration of stay, the estimated place of residence, and others - Proof documents related to the establishment of the inviting institution in Korea (business registration, etc.) - Photocopy of the employment contract or documents that can prove payment of wages, allowances, and others at the time of attending the event.
