Description
This service is a long-term visa that allows Indonesian students to stay in Serbia for 90 to 180 days. It applies to study purposes such as formal education, Serbian language courses, or student exchange programs. Upon arrival in Serbia, visa holders can apply for a Temporary Residence Permit, which is valid for the duration of their studies and can be extended for up to 3 years.

- 3. Passport is valid for at least 3 months after your planned departure from the Schengen area.
- 4. Passport has at least 2 blank pages for visa stamps.
- 5. No record of overstaying in any European country.
- 6. No criminal record or ongoing legal cases.
- 7. No involvement in visa shopping (applying to multiple countries to get easier approval).
- 8. You can show proof of sufficient funds to cover your entire stay.
- 9. No history of working illegally while on a visa.
- 10. Never been deported from any country.
- 11. Your reason for travel is clear and consistent across all documents.

Passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned departure date.

National ID (KTP) *
Official government-issued identity card that serves as proof of identity and residence.

Certificate that shows that you & your dependent are family from your country
Invitation letter from Serbia *
The inviter can be a natural person or a legal entity.
Registration Certificate from Serbia Educational Institution *
Provide the registration certificate
Letter of Acceptance from Serbia Educational Institution *
- For regular students: The letter must clearly state the start date and the duration of the study program. - For exchange students: The letter must also include proof that the exchange program has been recognized and approved by the relevant Ministry of the Republic of Serbia. Note: For language studies, provide the proof that further education in Serbia will follow after the language program.
Health Insurance Abroad *
Provide the valid insurance for the destination country.
Proof of Financial Resource *
You have the option to select one of these documents: 1. Sponsorship from a Belgian sponsor 2. Proof of scholarship 3. Blocked account
Proof of scholarship support (Optional) *
For scholarship awardee attached certificate/ document stating the amount and duration of the scholarship.
Latest Education Certificate (Original Copy and Serbian Translation) (Optional) *
Provide both the original copy and the translated version by the certified translator
Historical visas and immigration stamps (Optional) *
History of visas and immigration stamps from any country, including those in your expired previous passport, to support your visa application and increase the approval rate.
Other documents (Optional) *
You may be asked to submit additional documents if required after verification or embassy review, depending on your personal circumstances.
Employment Certificate with Annual Salary Info *
