Description
Portugal Temporary Stay Spouse Visit Visa is a visa that can be granted to spouses of Portuguese citizens who wish to stay temporarily in Portugal for the purpose of family reunification, companionship, or other personal/family-related reasons for a period of more than 90 days and up to less than one year. The Temporary Stay Visa allows for multiple entries. For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at Everest Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout.

- 1. You are legally married to a Portuguese citizen.
- 1. No visa rejection in the past 3-6 months for any Schengen country.
- 2. Passport is valid for at least 3 months after your planned departure from the Schengen area.
- 3. Passport has at least 2 blank pages for visa stamps.
- 4. No record of overstaying in any European country.
- 5. No criminal record or ongoing legal cases.
- 7. You can show proof of sufficient funds to cover your entire stay.
- 9. Never been deported from any country.

Bank statement for the last 3 months (wet stamped) *
Bank statement for the last 3 months with a wet stamp from the bank. It's advisable to have a stable bank statement with no sudden fluctuations in funds or balance to increase your approval rate. Include: - Applicant's name and address - Bank account number
Family Identity Card (Portugal) *
Copy of the Portuguese national citizen ID with whom they will be traveling or reuniting.
Marriage Certificate (Assento de casamento) *

Letter of Attorney for Schengen Visa *

National ID (KTP) *
