Description
India Business e-Visa is designed for those who wish to engage in various business-related activities in India. This includes setting up an industrial or business venture, participating in trade through the sale or purchase of goods, or attending technical and business meetings. It also covers activities such as recruiting manpower, participating in exhibitions or trade fairs, contributing as an expert or specialist to ongoing projects, conducting tours, or delivering lectures under the Global Initiative for Academic Network (GIAN). In addition, the Business e-Visa is applicable for e-production investment, sports-related activities, and joining a vessel in India. This India Business e-Visa is valid for one year, allows multiple entries, and permits a maximum continuous stay of up to 180 days. Notes: - For the initial visa application, hotel and flight bookings are not required. However, the embassy may request additional documents, including hotel and flight bookings along with payment receipts. Therefore, we strongly recommend preparing your hotel and flight plans in advance.

- Passport valid for at least six months from the date of departure to India.
- No Indian visa rejection within the past six months.
- Passport with at least two blank visa pages.
- No history of overstaying in any country.
- No criminal record.
- No record of working illegally on a previous visa.
- No history of deportation from any country.
- Purpose of travel must remain consistent.
- Tourist visa application cannot be submitted with the intention to work.
- Applicant must be a citizen of a eligible countries for Indian e-Visa.

Business Card *
Provide a professional business card containing your name, job title, company name and address, as well as contact information.
Invitation Letter *

National ID *
Provide your national identity card issued by the authority
Family certificate *
Certificate that shows that you & your dependent are family from your country
Hotel booking (Optional) *
Provide booking voucher of your hotel accommodation or you can purchase a hotel booking voucher here.
Flight booking (Optional) *
Please provide your flight booking details, including the flight number for your arrival and departure, or you can purchase a flight booking service here.
Bank statement of 3 months (Optional) *
Bank statement for the last 3 months (PDF e-statement or scanned version). It's advisable to have a stable bank statement with no sudden fluctuations in funds or balance to increase the approval rate.
