Description
India Conference Visa is an electronic visa designed for travelers who wish to attend official events in India, such as conferences, seminars, or workshops organized by the Ministry or Department of the Government of India, State Governments, Union Territory Administrations, or their subordinate bodies. This visa is also applicable for participation in private conferences or similar events hosted by companies, organizations, or individuals. This visa is single entry and allows to stay up to 30 days. Notes: - For the initial visa application, hotel and flight bookings are not required. However, the embassy may request additional documents, including hotel and flight bookings along with payment receipts. Therefore, we strongly recommend preparing your hotel and flight plans in advance.

- Passport valid for at least six months from the date of departure to India.
- No Indian visa rejection within the past six months.
- Passport with at least two blank visa pages.
- No history of overstaying in any country.
- No criminal record.
- No record of working illegally on a previous visa.
- No history of deportation from any country.
- Purpose of travel must remain consistent.
- Tourist visa application cannot be submitted with the intention to work.
- Applicant must be a citizen of a eligible countries for Indian e-Visa.

Confirmation Letter *
A copy of the letter from the institution represented in the concerned foreign country
Event Clearance from Ministry of Home Affairs India *
A document issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs India for the event.
Political Clearance Document *
A document issued by India Ministry of External Affair that will be processed and provided by the event organizer to the applicant.
Administrative Approval of the Nodal Ministry India *
Administrative Approval of the Nodal Ministry India
Clearance from concerned State Governments *
Authorization provided by the relevant State Governments.
