Description
Schengen Poland Business Visa is a short-term visa (Type C) that allows foreign nationals to enter Poland and other Schengen countries for business activities. This visa is intended for individuals who need to attend business meetings, conferences, negotiations, trade fairs, training sessions, or engage in short-term business cooperation within the Schengen area. With this visa, the holder can stay in Poland and other Schengen countries for up to 90 days within a 180-day period. This visa does not grant permission to work or receive wages; it is only intended for business visits and professional activities. For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at Everest Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout.

- 2. Passport is valid for at least 6 months after your planned departure from the Schengen area.
- 3. Passport has at least 2 blank pages for visa stamps.
- 4. No record of overstaying in any European country.
- 5. No criminal record or ongoing legal cases.
- 6. No involvement in visa shopping (applying to multiple countries to get easier approval).
- 7. You can show proof of sufficient funds to cover your entire stay.
- 8. No history of working illegally while on a visa.
- 9. Never been deported from any country.
- 10. Your reason for travel is clear and consistent across all documents.

Copy of your passport *
Your passport should be valid for at least 7 months beyond your application date.
National ID (KTP) *
Official government-issued identity card that serves as proof of identity and residence.
Invitation Letter (Business) *
An invitation letter from the local company/foundation/institution with detailed purpose of your trip. You can see the example/template here
Birth certificate *
Birth certificate showing full name, date, and place of birth.
Colored Photo 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm (Poland) *
- Size 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm, Max. size 2Mb (2pcs) - Not older than 7 months - Has never been used in any other visa. - File format using *.JPEG/ .JPG/ .PNG in color - White background - Proper composition - No edit allowed - For women, the ear must be visible and not covered. Travel insurance *
Upload your full travel insurance policy, including coverage details. The insurance must comply with visa requirements and cover your destination country for the entire duration of your stay. Bank statement for the last 3 months with a wet stamp from the bank. It's advisable to have a stable bank statement with no sudden fluctuations in funds or balance to increase your approval rate. Include: - Applicant's name and address - Bank account number
Bank reference *
Bank reference letter issued by the bank with a wet stamp and the bank’s contact number. The letter must state the current balance in your account.
Historical visas and immigration stamps *
History of visas and immigration stamps from any country, including those in your expired previous passport, to support your visa application and increase the approval rate.
Certificate of employment *
Certificate of Current Employment : - Printed with letterhead - Wet-stamped - Wet-signed by the person in charge - Include details of address of company, job title, join date, contact person of responsible person - A statement in the employment proof should indicating the period during which the company grants the applicant permission to travel (e.g., from February 1st, 2025, to February 7th, 2025). - A statement should confirming that the applicant will return to Indonesia after the specified period. Business License Number (NIB) *

Certificate of witholding tax income (Optional) *
Provide us your Certificate of Witholding Tax Income (Surat Pemberitahuan Tahunan Pajak). Make sure the tax return is signed in the signature column.
Sponsor ID *
A scan of the company's/person's sponsor ID.
Sponsorship letter from institution/company *
Original sponsorship letter with letterhead and stamp from institution/company who sponsor you. You can download the template here
Sponsorship letter from family *
Sponsorship letter from direct family belongs in the same family card. You can download the template here
Sponsor company bank statement *
Recent bank statement from the company inviting you, for the last 3 months with a wet stamp from the bank. Please ensure the following details appear on the printed bank statement : - Company's name and address - Bank account number
Sponsor person bank statement *
Bank statement of the last 3 months from a person who sponsor your travel.
Marriage Certificate *
Official proof of your marital status. You can obtain it from your local civil registry office.
Divorce Certificate *
Certificate that shows proof of your relationship status from your country
Letter of Attorney for Schengen Visa *
