Description
Germany Skilled Worker Visa (With Vocational Training) is designed for non-EU citizens, including Indonesians, who wish to work in Germany as skilled professionals based on recognized vocational education or professional training *(Anerkennung)*. This visa falls under the National Visa (D-Visa) category, which permits stays exceeding 90 days and the possibility of applying for a Residence Permit upon arrival in Germany. Upon entering Germany, applicants must register their residence at the *Einwohnermeldeamt* (Residents’ Registration Office) and schedule an appointment with the *Ausländerbehörde* (Foreigners’ Office). The listed price includes only the SPUN service fee and VFS fee. The official visa fee of EUR 75 for adults must be paid separately by the applicant during the appointment using a personal credit card. For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at Everest Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout. Notes: - If the biometric appointment is conducted in Surabaya or Bali, an additional fee may apply. - Additional documents may be required after verification, depending on the applicant’s personal circumstances.

- 2. Has completed at least 2 years of vocational training recognized in Germany, or holds a foreign diploma that has undergone the qualification recognition process (Anerkennung).
- 3. Already possesses an official employment contract from a company in Germany that matches the field of training/expertise.
- 4. Has German language proficiency according to job requirements (generally B1 – B2 CEFR).

Required for
Passport *
The passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the departure date. Name must be consistent across the passport, birth certificate, ID card, and family card, if there is any discrepancy, a PM1 (Name Discrepancy Letter) issued by the local district office is required.
Signature page of passport *
Copy of the page which contain your signature in your passport. It could be in the last page or in the Endorsement page
Completion of Degree or Vocational Training *
- Please provide a certificate that proves you finished a degree or vocational training. - The certificate should include details of the subjects or modules (like a transcript). If the certificate is from the country where you currently live, it must have an apostille attached. - Certificates from other countries might follow different rules. - If your certificate is not in German or English, you need to submit a German or English translation as well.
Recognition of Training *
If you completed your vocational training outside Germany, submit a written notice of recognition issued by the competent German authority. You can find out which authority is responsible for recognition here

Please attach your employment declaration form, which you receive from your employer.

Curriculum Vitae (Germany) *
- Please attach your CV. Summarise all previous activities, training and qualifications up to the current application date in a table in your CV. - CV must be written in English or German.
Birth certificate (apostilled and translated) *

Official government-issued identity card that serves as proof of identity and residence.
Family certificate *

Professional License (Germany) *
This document is only required to work in one of the regulated professions in Germany, for instance, a medical or legal profession. You will receive this document from the relevant recognition body in Germany. Please check the Recognition in Germany portal to find out if your profession is regulated.
Pre-approval from the Foreigners Authority (Ausländerbehörde) *
- If you have received 'visa pre-approval' from the immigration authority as part of your visa procedure, please upload this document here. - Pre-approval can be requested in particular during the fast-track procedure for skilled labour immigration. - However, pre-approvals can also be issued for other residence reasons (e.g. for family reunification). For further information on this, contact the immigration authority at your future place of residence. - If you have received pre-approval, please also upload proof of your health insurance in the corresponding upload field.
