Description
Serbia type D visa for Family Reunification is a long-stay multiple-entry visa that allows foreign nationals to reside in Serbia with their family members who are: 1. The spouse of a citizen of the Republic of Serbia; 2. The spouse of a foreign national who holds a permanent or temporary residence permit in the Republic of Serbia, or who has been granted asylum in the Republic of Serbia; 3. A family member of a citizen of the Republic of Serbia or of a foreign national who holds a permanent or temporary residence permit in the Republic of Serbia, or who has been granted asylum in the Republic of Serbia. This visa allows a stay of 90 to 180 days and can serve as the basis for applying for a Temporary Residence Permit if the applicant wishes to stay longer (up to 3 years, depending on the case).

- 1. The applicant is a family member of a family residing in Serbia.
- 1. No visa refusal within the last 3–6 months from any Serbia country.
- 2. Passport must be valid for at least 3 months beyond arrival date in Serbia
- 3. Passport must have at least 2 blank pages for visa stamps.
- 5. No criminal record or ongoing legal case.
- 6. No history of visa shopping (applying to multiple countries just to increase approval chances).
- 8. Has never been deported from any country.

Colored Photo - 3 cm x 4 cm in White Background (No print required) *
- Size: minimum 4 x 3 cm, maximum 7.5 MB - Must be in color with a white background - Facial expression must be neutral, with no smiling and the mouth closed - Must show the full face, with the applicant looking directly at the camera - Hairline and ears must be visible - Clothing must be colored and cover the shoulders - Makeup should be minimal - Jewelry should be simple

Certificate that shows that you & your dependent are family from your country
Birth certificate *
Birth certificate showing full name, date, and place of birth.
Invitation letter from Serbia *
The inviter can be a natural person or a legal entity.
Health Insurance (Serbia) *
Health insurance that covers the territory of Serbia for foreign nationals, including medical assistance services and treatment for chronic illnesses. If the applicant is an immediate family member of a Serbian citizen, health insurance is optional.
Sponsor Bank Statement (Serbia) *
Sponsor’s bank statement for the past 3 months. If the applicant is a family member of a Serbian citizen, this document is optional.
Certificate of Employment (Serbia) *
Certificate of Employment (in English, must include the company name, company address, company phone, detail information of person in charge for the employment certificate) You can see the template here Document will be optional if sponsor is a Serbian Nationality
Proof of Relationship (Serbia) *
1. Spouse of a Serbian citizen: Marriage certificate 2. Spouse of a foreign national with a Serbian residence permit: Marriage document translated into Serbian by a sworn translator 3. Child: Birth certificate translated into Serbian by a sworn translator 4. Immediate family member: Relevant proof stating that the applicant is in good health and does not require intensive care in their home country.
