Description
United States P-1B Group Performers Visa is a U.S. non-immigrant visa for members of internationally recognized entertainment groups who are coming to the United States temporarily to perform as a group. This visa is designed for bands, dance troupes, theater companies, circus performers, and other entertainment groups with a distinguished international reputation. The group must have been established for at least one year, and at least 75% of its members must have worked together for a minimum of one year. This visa is temporary and depends on the Form I-129 petition submitted by a sponsor, agent, or employer in the US, and allows multiple entries with a validity up to 1 year and extendable. To qualify, the group must demonstrate international recognition and outstanding achievements in the entertainment field, with a level of distinction above the ordinary. In certain cases, groups with sustained national acclaim may also qualify if they can prove consistent recognition as leading performers within their country. P-1B Visa applies only to entertainment groups performing collectively, not to individuals or independent projects. If you are an individual artist such as an actor, musician, or dancer, you may be better suited to apply for the United States O-1B Artist Visa.

- 1. Applicants must already obtained an I-129 petition from sponsor, agent, or employer in the United States.
- 2. Must not have been rejected for a US visa in the past six months.
- 4. Ensure the passport contains at least two blank visa pages.
- 5. Passport must not have been issued more than ten years ago.
- 6. Evidence of employment and/or family ties may be sufficient to show the purpose of the trip and intent to return to the home country. If unable to cover all costs for the trip, evidence that another person will cover some or all costs must be provided.
- 8. No criminal record.
- 9. Sufficient funds must be available to support the stay.

Group Establishment and Performance Evidence *
Proof that the entertainment group has been active and performing regularly for at least one year, including records of shows, events, and media features.
Letter from U.S. Agent, Sponsor, or Employer *
Letter from an agent, sponsoring organization, or employer in the US detailing your position and projects you worked on and how long your contract was.
Itinerary of Events and Projects in the United States *
The petitioner must explain the type of events or activities, their start and end dates, and provide an itinerary if available. They must also show that these events or activities in your field of extraordinary ability will take place during the requested visa period.
Bank statement for the last 6 months (wet stamped) *
Your bank statement for the last 6 months with a wet stamp from the bank. It's advisable to have a stable bank statement with no sudden fluctuations in funds or balance to increase your approval rate.
Bank reference *
Bank reference letter issued by the bank with a wet stamp and the bank’s contact number. The letter must state the current balance in your account.
National ID (KTP) *
Official government-issued identity card that serves as proof of identity and residence.
Family certificate *
Certificate that shows that you & your dependent are family from your country
Previous passport (Optional) *
Provide a clear copy of your previous passport showing the bio-data page and any visa or entry stamps, if available.
Birth certificate *
Birth certificate showing full name, date, and place of birth.
Certificate of employment *
Certificate of Current Employment : - Printed with letterhead - Wet-stamped - Wet-signed by the person in charge - Include details of address of company, job title, join date, contact person of responsible person - A statement in the employment proof should indicating the period during which the company grants the applicant permission to travel (e.g., from February 1st, 2025, to February 7th, 2025). - A statement should confirming that the applicant will return to Indonesia after the specified period.
