Description
China Short-Term Visit Visa (S2) is issued for short-term private affairs in China, with a maximum stay of less than 180 days. This visa is primarily intended for family members (including spouses, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, etc.) of foreigners who are working or studying in China for the purpose of a short visit. It can also be used for other personal reasons such as visiting friends, or handling matters like litigation, inheritance, real estate, marriage, or divorce. This visa is valid up to maximum 6 months and permits a stay duration not exceeding 180 days per entry. The main requirement for the application is an Invitation letter from the inviting family member in China and a Kinship Certificate (like a marriage or birth certificate) to prove the family relationship. China visa processing is subject to consular jurisdiction based on the passport issuing authority or, for foreign nationals, the KITAS/KITAP issuing location. - Jakarta Jurisdiction : Banten, DKI Jakarta, West Java, Papua, all provinces in Kalimantan, and all provinces in Sulawesi - Medan Jurisdiction : North Sumatra, South Sumatra, West Sumatra, Jambi, Riau, Riau Islands, Bengkulu, Lampung, Bangka Belitung Islands, and Aceh - Surabaya Jurisdiction : East Java, Central Java, Yogyakarta, North Maluku, and Maluku - Bali Jurisdiction : Bali, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), and East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Please be informed that the stated price is applicable to the Jakarta Jurisdiction. If your circumstances fall under the jurisdiction of another area, an additional charge may be applicable. For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at SPUN Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout.

Invitation letter from Chinese hospital *
Invitation letter issued by the hospital in China stating the applicant’s medical treatment details, planned duration of stay, and requested visa entry type (single or multiple entry). If any family members will accompany the applicant, their names must also be included in the invitation letter.
Invitation letter from Chinese fiancé/fiancée *
Invitation letter issued by the applicant’s Chinese fiancé or fiancée for visa application purposes. The invitation letter must follow the format provided by the Chinese Visa Application Service Center template here
Colored photo 3.3 cm X 4.8 cm, white background *

Certificate of employment (China S2) *
Certificate of Employment from both parties (in English, must include the company name, company address, company phone, detail information of person in charge for the employment certificate). Meeting chronology between both parties *
A detailed chronological record of the discussions and interactions between the Chinese national (in Mandarin) and the Indonesian national (in English/Bahasa Indonesia).
Certificate of No Marriage *
Attach an Unmarried Certificate for Indonesian Citizens (WNI) with the following conditions: - Original document in Indonesian - Official translated documents in Chinese - Original document in Indonesian that has been apostille - Official translated documents in Chinese that have been apostille.
