China Multiple Entry Business Visa will allow individuals to visit China for a short stay for business purposes, with a maximum stay of 3 months and a validity of up to 1 year. Available to visit all parts of China region. To enter Macau and Hongkong you need a different visa type. China visa processing is subject to consular jurisdiction based on the passport issuing authority or, for foreign nationals, the KITAS/KITAP issuing location. - Visa Center Jakarta : Banten, DKI Jakarta, West Java, Papua, all provinces in Kalimantan, and all provinces in Sulawesi - Visa Center Medan : North Sumatra, South Sumatra, West Sumatra, Jambi, Riau, Riau Islands, Bengkulu, Lampung, Bangka Belitung Islands, and Aceh - Visa Center Surabaya : East Java, Central Java, Yogyakarta, North Maluku, and Maluku - Visa Center Bali : Bali, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), and East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at Everest Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout.

Am I eligible for this visa?
- 1. You must have visited China at least 3 times on a Business Visa in the past 1 year.
- 2. Applicants with passports issued outside the regions covered in Jakarta may apply in Jakarta by providing a Certificate of Employment in English confirming employment status in Jakarta.
- 2. Application for this visa requires a business invitation letter from a company in China.
- 3. For a first visit to China, select the Single Entry Visa only.
- 4. For applicants under the Medan jurisdiction, it is mandatory to provide proof that the applicant is currently in Indonesia. This proof may be in the form of an Indonesian Immigration entry stamp. If the applicant does not have an entry stamp, alternative proof of presence in Indonesia may be submitted. - 6. Applicants planning to visit China for research or internships must provide an invitation letter. The letter must include applicant details (name, gender, date of birth, passport number), purpose of visit (travel dates, places to visit, trip sponsorship details), and details about the inviting institution (name, phone number, address, official stamp, and inviting party's signature).
- 7. A passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of departure to China.
- 8. No record of rejection for a Chinese visa in the past six months.
- 9. A passport must contain at least two blank visa pages.
- 11. No criminal record.

Passport *
The passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the departure date. Name must be consistent across the passport, birth certificate, ID card, and family card, if there is any discrepancy, a PM1 (Name Discrepancy Letter) issued by the local district office is required.
National ID (KTP) *
Official government-issued identity card that serves as proof of identity and residence.

Invitation Letter from China *
An invitation letter from the local company/foundation/institution in China with detailed purpose of your trip. You can download a sample for this invitation letter here The invitation letter should include: - Information about the invitee, including name, gender, date of birth, passport number, etc. - Information about the visit, including purpose of the visit, arrival and departure dates, places to be visited, relationship between the applicant and the inviting party, and the party responsible for covering expenses during the stay in China. - Information about the inviting party, including the name of the organization or individual, address, and phone number. - Date of issuance of the letter and the signature of the individual or official representative (if the signatory representing the organization/institution is different from the responsible party listed in the official documents such as the company's business license, the signatory’s position must be stated), along with the company seal if the inviter is a company/organization.

TE/PU Letter *
Official document issued by the Chinese government through the Foreign Affairs Office, upon request by the inviting party in China.
KITAS/KITAP *

Proof of entry to Indonesia (Medan jurisdiction) (Optional) *
For applicants under the Medan jurisdiction, it is mandatory to provide proof that the applicant is currently in Indonesia. This proof may be in the form of an Indonesian Immigration entry stamp.
