Germany Vocational Training Visa is designed for non-EU citizens, including Indonesians, who wish to undertake initial vocational training in Germany, either school-based training or company-based training (dual vocational training). You can apply this visa for Aus-/Weiterbildung Program This visa falls under the National Visa (D-Visa) category, which permits stays exceeding 90 days and the possibility of applying for a Residence Permit upon arrival in Germany. Upon entering Germany, applicants must register their residence at the *Einwohnermeldeamt* (Residents’ Registration Office) and schedule an appointment with the *Ausländerbehörde* (Foreigners’ Office). Please note that visa applications require approximately 4-12 weeks of waiting time to schedule an appointment, depending on availability at the relevant visa center or embassy. The listed price includes only the SPUN service fee and VFS fee. The official visa fee of EUR 75 for adults must be paid separately by the applicant during the appointment using a personal credit card. For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at SPUN Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout. Passport *
The passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the departure date. Name must be consistent across the passport, birth certificate, ID card, and family card, if there is any discrepancy, a PM1 (Name Discrepancy Letter) issued by the local district office is required.
Language proficiency certificate (Germany) *
You can attach one of the following below: - Germany language proficiency certificate (minimum B1 - B2) - English language certificate (IELTS - minimum score depends on school requirements)

Training Contract (Germany) *
Please submit your training contract as proof of your training place at a company in Germany. The training contract must be signed by you and the German training facility, and it must contain precise details about the type and duration of training. The working hours, place of work and amount of wage must also be stated.
Intention of Training *
Please provide a Letter of Intention explaining your motivation for pursuing a qualification in your chosen occupational field, as well as outlining your future career goals and the professional prospects you aim to achieve through this training program. Kindly note that this letter must be written in German.
Education Certificate (Apostilled and Translated) *
Please submit education certificate of all the schools you have attended so far. This document should be apostilled by Kemenkumham. National ID (KTP) *
Official government-issued identity card that serves as proof of identity and residence.
Pre-approval from the Foreigners Authority (Ausländerbehörde) (Optional) *
- If you have received 'visa pre-approval' from the immigration authority as part of your visa procedure, please upload this document here. - Pre-approval can be requested in particular during the fast-track procedure for skilled labour immigration. - However, pre-approvals can also be issued for other residence reasons (e.g. for family reunification). For further information on this, contact the immigration authority at your future place of residence. - If you have received pre-approval, please also upload proof of your health insurance in the corresponding upload field.
ZAV Pre-Approval (Optional) *
Employers in Germany can apply for ZAV pre-approval under labour law before the visa is applied for. If such pre-approval has been granted, please attach it. In this case, please also upload proof of your health insurance in the corresponding upload field.
