Description
Cyprus Tourist Visa allows tourists to make short visits throughout Cyprus for tourism purposes. The total duration of stay must not exceed three months within six-month period from the date of first entry. This visa will grant a single entry permit within the validity period and permitted stay of up to 3 months. For physical documents submission or document delivery, you can choose to pick up or collect at Everest Operations office, or choose for delivery add-on during checkout. For this visa application, the physical documents later will be sent from SPUN Operations office to the Honorary Consulate Of The Republic Of Cyprus in India. Please note that the shipping fee is included in the price shown on this page.

Cover Letter *

An invitation letter from the personal invitor/local company/foundation/institution with detailed purpose of your trip. Get the template here : Business invitation or Personal invitation
Certificate of employment *
Certificate of Current Employment : - Printed with letterhead - Wet-stamped - Wet-signed by the person in charge - Include details of address of company, job title, join date, contact person of responsible person - A statement in the employment proof should indicating the period during which the company grants the applicant permission to travel (e.g., from February 1st, 2025, to February 7th, 2025). - A statement should confirming that the applicant will return to Indonesia after the specified period. Travel insurance *
Upload your full travel insurance policy, including coverage details. The insurance must comply with visa requirements and cover your destination country for the entire duration of your stay. You can upload your own policy, or purchase travel insurance through SPUN via the add-ons section. Notes: - For Schengen Visa, must include COVID-19 coverage with a minimum total coverage of EUR 30,000, and use an accepted insurance provider by the European Union. See list here

Bank statement of 3 months *
Bank statement for the last 3 months (PDF e-statement or scanned version). It's advisable to have a stable bank statement with no sudden fluctuations in funds or balance to increase the approval rate.
Certificate of witholding tax income *
Provide us your Certificate of Witholding Tax Income (Surat Pemberitahuan Tahunan Pajak). Make sure the tax return is signed in the signature column.
National ID (KTP) *
Official government-issued identity card that serves as proof of identity and residence.
Family certificate *
Certificate that shows that you & your dependent are family from your country
